Video Editing for Component 3

Can someone clarify the video editing for component 3? It states that we are allowed 2 edits. Does that mean just during transitional time? I'm reading it but I'm still confused. For instance, there are 8 continuous minutes in the beginning of my video that I'd like to use, but the remaining 7 minutes are at the end. If I stop at the first 8 minutes (BTW I'm still teaching) will that be allowed or am I only to edit during transitional time, technical difficulty, non-instructional events, etc.? HELP!

mscrawford101 When in doubt don't edit. Also from the situation you described it does not meet the criteria for editing.
