She could try to stick it out but he could badly damage her with bad evaluations and it will be very stressful for her.
Other options would be to try to take a sabbatical for a year and then return to a different school.
Another option would be to try to transfer to a different school in the same district. Is this possible at this point in the year? If she can do that then she definitely should.
Or she could take a stress leave if she stays and he continues to give her a hard time.
There are no easy solutions. I hope someone has better ideas than I do.

A stress leave is hard financially, since it is a worker's comp leave. It takes 90 days before she would see any money, IF the leave is approved. 99 percent of stress leaves are not. Those that are are only funded at 2/3 of a minimal pay scale, so she will be losing money on the leave, unless she has some kind of disability insurance to make up the difference.
I would be curious to fins out what the ONE parent complaint would have been to warrant a move and the accusation that she had robbed the entire class of an entire year. What do her test scores say? What do her evals say? Don't you think that the principal would have caught this prior to this parent complaint?
I am trying to find good quality sites where I can find job vacancies for online-distance learning tutors ~ particularly for working adults, in business and management subjects, ideally at postgraduate diploma, masters, and professional qualification levels
Another option would be sites which have lists of colleges, business schools, universities, HR and-or Departmental email addresses

You could adapt "Take as Much As You Need" so that for each piece of candy / toilet paper they share something they learned from a previous lesson in addition to something unique about themselves.
