lost my personal cell-phone in the school building last
week. I called the front office, reported a phone was
missing and if any were found it may be mine. No students
were in attendance that day and no later that 1 hour after
leaving the building, I get a call from the Principal who
wants me to know that they think they found "what they
beleive to be my phone." I asked her to simply turn it off
and I would pick it up the following week upon my return
to the building...When I went to p/u the phone the
following week-I was confronted by my Principal/Asst.
Administrator about my text-message logs...Of course, I
have nothing to hide but one message involved personal
medical information that I had to try and explain to my
Superiors...The Principal claimed they came across the
information in the text-messages while trying to determine
