How did you get your start in Adult Education?

I will complete a MA Ed. degree in Adult Education & Training this December. With a background in Human Resources, not education, I wonder how best to enter the field.

Teacher+ I started by volunteering. Got training, taught one class a week.

norm responded to a school district ad in the district newspaper. interviewed and got it. 5 years ago - harder to get in now.
