so I often show movies to help get art history across. Yes I know not every child is going to love them, but I am so tired of hearing students ask in the middle of the movie when is this over? Is it almost over? Any suggestions??

Help with Pottery wheel organization

Hello, I teach the wheel to grades 5-8. I really want my students to learn centering the right way. This results in lots of discarded clay that I have to "recycle" by wedging with new clay. clpbell I teach pottery wheel using 4 wheels to grades 7 and 8. The kids divide up their own clay, I have them wedge up 2 balls of clay the day before they begin throwing. 6 Day Rotations

This year, my team (elementary --PE, Music, Art, and Library) will be going to a six day rotational schedule, so I will now see all 900 students every six days. I've only ever done an A/B schedule, seeing a third of the school at a time.
