Does anyone have parent volunteers take pictures and upload the artwork onto artsonia.com so that you do not have to do it. If so, do you have them use your account to sign in? Is there a way to have them create their own account to upload artwork?

NJArt I don't get parent's to do it, but I do have students 4th grade and up help if they finish work early. I just have them use my artsonia app on my phone. I would rather be their when the work is being photographed and uploaded... I don't wanna outsource... stuff gets messed up that way.

Late Bloomer That's a good idea, maybe I will let my kids use my cheapo cam and photograph art. Do any of you ask for parent's permission before posting art and class pics on artsonia?

NJArt I don't ask permission... I've been using artsonia since 2006 and never had a parent complain that they didn't want the art on there. I don't post any faces of students, of course.

gwynnetx i send home a permission letter to all kindergarten parents at the beginning of each school year. i also have an online sign up where parents can give me their info on my school's website.
