Hello! I am trying to find a diplomatic way to address one of the para's teaching students a different method than what I demonstrated and asked them to do. I have worked with many paras and they are invaluable in the classroom. But how do I establish some boundaries without offending?

Been there I have typed out instructions with photos and I do a demo and I go around and make sure it is being taught properly and half the time it is not. The problem is they are adults and they feel like they already know. I try to jokingly say oh that isn't on the instructions, my way is easier and more effective.
