Some universities (including online) have programs whereby you can pursue a masters in teaching (MAT) while being employed as a Teacher of record in your undergrad field. If you meet admissions criteria (possibly including passing state content test prior to admission) you may teach (while working towards a master's (30-39 credit hours)) by means of a provisional license. They may help you secure a position if you cannot find one yourself. Arkansas is one state that has high need for math and science and will pay you (practically) to get a masters while teaching, especially Middle school level
