Hello! I am hoping someone on here has suggestions/help in my preparation for an interview for an Intervention position interview I have tomorrow. I'm currently a 1st grade Para (with my K-8 Teaching Degree, the principal and assistant principals know I have my teaching license and have been asking me to apply for this position, which I did. Today they told me I had an interview tomorrow. It leaves me VERY little time to prepare. If anyone has any possible interview questions you think they may ask, I'd love to hear them. Or, if you know more about the position of an interventionist, I would love to get some feedback regarding the role. Thank you!

Lisa201 Thanks for the quick response! I love your idea for the infamous, "whats your weakness" question. It's entirely true and an honest answer. I find that question to be one of the hardest to answer... not because I don't think I have a weakness, but because I do not want to be viewed as incompetent.

Thanks!
