Students that misbehave

Over and over again I see and hear that one of the biggest complaints that teachers have is student misbehavior and the parents that enable that bad behavior. I read the following book and found that it really helped me to understand what was going with these kids. In fact, I'm incorporating the author's ideas into my discipline and management program for the next school year. Be forewarned though, the author may say things you don't like or that go against the usual education ideology.
