Teachers bullying teachers

Does any one else have to work with teachers who are bullying the other teachers? Anyone find an "adult professional" way to handle a bullying colleague? We have a situation at our school. Avoiding the bully has become ineffective.

Bullied by co-teacher Have you considered praying for the other teacher? Also, consider filing a complaint about them to the principal before they file one on you. Unfortunately, you have to be the first person to get to the principal about the other person. Consider a strong offense when you complain about them.
