I'm having a really tough time. The kids have gone into other kids' files on the shared drive and deleted their work, pried the keys off the keyboards and put them on upside down, taken the tracking balls out of the mice...
And I can't watch every kid every minute. It's tough to accuse someone if you don't see them doing it. I"m not in that room all the time.

I've done enough testing now to know this only happens on that website. First of all, is this even possible that a website can do such damage? I'm on websites all day and have never had anything like this. I post on chatboards with no difficulty; no problem with Facebook. If it is possible, then is there something I can do to fix this? I love working on the website but I can't continue this way. I wondered if this is a frequent enough problem that someone might know a setting or some other adjustment that needs to be made to my Mac to make it work.
I don't know if this is related to 10.6 or not because I have only done the website since I installed Snow Leopard. I have written the company who owns the site to see if they know of anything, but this is really mystifying. It is stunning what 5 minutes on the website will do to my computer! It is almost completely inoperable until I dump some preferences and do other things.
I will appreciate any insights you have about this problem.
RonIt could be some Java script or something more malicious. View the source and see if you can locate anything suspcious...usually it is at the end of the code.
Jean BullockWhat software program are you using when you are working on the website? Can other people view the website without problems? Does it happen when access the website normally just to view it through your browser. Which computer model are you using? How much ram? Are there 3rd party ads on the website?
You have a personal page on the Internet that allows students to reply to questions and post their opinions about certain subjects. What is this type of page called?

I was taking project management courses while working in an office environment.
I trained on Project 2003 and printed the notes from an online course. I did not have access to Project 2003 and I recommend that you have access to the program if you want these notes. Email me: [email removed].
One of my teachers has decided she wants to have her students email their trucker buddy in lab next week. I remember there was a way to add extra accounts (or something) in google email. I don't remember how to do it, and the to do's on the web are not what I'm looking for. Has anyone done this? I think when the new account is made it will look like "Johnny+[email removed]!
[link...See MoreCreate a Gmail account for yourself and "link" an address for your child: One of the ways that the most progressive elementary teachers that I know are getting around the email challenge is using the "linking" feature in Gmail. Here's an article written by an elementary teacher in Australia describing how that works in her classroom:

Basically, parents create a Gmail address for themselves---- something like william..[email removed].
Then, when your child needed to use an email address to sign up for services, he/she would use an address that looked like this: william..ferriter+[email removed]!
In this scenario, parents could decide whether they wanted to share their Google Account password with their child or not. If they didn't, their child would have the email address that they needed to create accounts with other services without having the ability to see, send or receive emails.

I am looking for an online step-by-step tutorials and activities for a high school computer class. Where can I find information to help students prepare for the Adobe Certification Exam.?
Bob/VAFormat the document into columns by using the drop down menu. It might also help you to actually read the HELP file.

Hello everyone! My class is creating our first newsletter. So far, so good! I was wondering if anyone knows how to type text in on a black square? I've tried clicking white on the black but nothing shows up. What am I doing wrong?
Use Insert - Text Box select the box and right click choose Format Text box and choose a fill color and opacity, you can also have a border(bounding box) line or not, of the same color or not.
Once that's done you can format the color of your text after/as you type a few lines.
Good Luck,
N.
