Middle School Computer Curriculum

HELP! I will be teaching computers to 7th and 8th graders in about a month and I'm feeling more than a little bit overwhelmed. I would love some advice on where to start...and end :-) Any advice from those that have been there and done that would be GREATLY appreciated.

Pogo I taught from Century 21. In the 6th it was typing and learning where all the keys were. Then they would start putting words and sentences together. Fridays were speed drills and dictation. I just used the local newspaper for the dictation. After that they went on the Internet and could pretty much do what they wanted. I had Facebook and sites like...See More
