Which domain is the best?

Hi! My daughter is a (new) high school science teacher. She already has a website set up. Hers costs $10.00 a month. If she goes over a certain amount of memory (I’m not sure what it’s called) she has to pay $1.00 more for each amount she goes over. She recently attended a conference where others spoke of their websites. Some were $40 for the year, etc. Which domain (is that what it’s called?) do those of you with your classroom websites suggest? I told her that some teachers have wonderful sites with a ton of information. She would like to be able to put a lot on her site without it costing a fortune. Thanks for your help.

Gokhan Sancar you can try ipower com or ipage com they are pretty cheap. if you want , you can check the speed of domain by looking at my site,
