How do you "turn off" the little symbols that designate when a new paragraph begins... or the dots between items. I want to "screen grab" a clean page. I don't want the extra marks showing. Thank you in advance.

Click on Tools>Options> and halfway down there are boxes to uncheck for the features you don't want displayed. Also there is a Show/Hide button on the Standard toolbar that will do the same thing ..
