I've been really trying to make my website as user friendly as possible, but I am finding it takes a lot of time to keep it updated. I am really big on making my systems/processes efficient, but I am struggling with my website:

(also a table of contents that has links to individual pdfs of documents)
How can I make this more manageable? What do you do?
