She said she and another student in her program were the only ones who got a position. A lot of times it's about who you know but most people in my area (Columbia) are not leaving counseling positions.

We are starting to develop the social emotional side of RTI. We've been a PBIS school for 2 years and don't really know where to go from there. We don't have any type of a curriculum, don't know where to fit it all in, etc.... Any help would be appreciated.

I am starting a small school and need an experienced counselor to help guide these Ivy League bound students through the process of enrollment. Where would I find such a person?
Craig's List is an easy and workable way to find your way to a part-time experienced counselor. You don't say what part of the country you're in but Craig's List works everywhere in the country. There are journals and websites specific to counselors as well.
