Here are some questions....please and thank you! 1. What is it like teaching online? 2. Did you have to teach in-person first? 3. Are you TESOL certified? 4. What are any other details about the process of finding a job like this and teaching a job like this?

Hi I'm wondering if anyone partcipated in field testing of the access 2.0 online speaking test last spring. Just wondering how students reacted to doing a speaking test in a virtual manner instead of face to face with a teacher.
I have a teenage from Brazil, first year in this country, I need some teenage book recommendations for him. What would an 8th grade boy like to read in Portugese?
"Here’s what I learned from our Spanish-speaking ELL students, and here are the suggestions I will be passing on to content-area teachers about what they can do to help ELL students learn English and learn their content. (And by the way, these ideas will help everyone in the room. There’s nothing strictly ELL about them.)"
