help on grammar assignment for teaching esl

Hi: I am an esl/efl teacher, but I am currently taking a master class for teaching and I am working on my assignments. I have been at it for 8 hours and have a deadline. I am suffering from brain freeze at the moment. One of my questions is: Determine what the most likely grammar point is in the following sentences, define and summarize the point and then develop a guided discovery lesson plan for each. I have no problem with the lesson plans and the define and summarize parts, but when I looked at the sentences, my brain went blank and stayed that way. the sentences are: 1) I would go if I had the time. 2) what have you done with your hair? 3)That sign was just painted. 4) He could have phoned but I doubt it. 5) She'll have finished by the time we arrive.

Could anyone please help with this?

I specialize in Business English, Medical English, young learners, accent reduction and grammar. I have over 7000 hours of classes under my belt in the last few years alone and my average rating by students is 9.8. I am certified to train other teachers. I have NEVER cheated on anything and your comment is uninformed and assanine. Maybe you should think before you open your mouth and make accusations. The question was ambiguous. For every single sentence there are many grammar "points". The term "grammar point" in itself is ambigious. There was no further instrusction. The most obvious grammar point would be different depending on the level of the student and what your lesson focus was. I have since been contacted by dozens of people who have taken the same course and who encountered the same issue. At my recomendation, the course has since reworded the question to clarify what they are looking for.

Anyway I'm happy to take back my harsh accusations, you seem like a well qualified, educated person, so best wishes for your career (I say that with sincerity). I guess you were just the one for me to take out some frustration because I see a lot of assignments like this where people are just putting their tasks out there in cyberspace, looking for someone else to give them the answers (but I acknowledge you were after feedback more than just the actual answer).
