Questions about being an ESL teacher

I am taking some ESL courses and for an assignment I need five simple questions answered! I hope someone can help me! 1. do you currently have a program established in your own classroom that encourages parents to participate? If so please describe some of the things involved in your program and how is it working? 2. How do you use parents as volunteers if they are unable to come to school? Describe the pros and cons 3. How do you guide parents so that they can help their own child through monitoring, discussing and helping with homework? 4. Describe the strategies you use when you communicate with parents and how often. 5.Describe your perception of the ideal parent-teacher relationship. If somone can answer all five this would really really help me! Thank you!
