To the Webmaster -When someone types a percent symbol (%)
in a letter, it comes out fine the first time it is posted.
When that same letter is included in another persons
lettter, it changes to an ampersand symbol (&). You lose
the meaning of the post. I think it happens with some of
the other symbols also, maybe number (#) and dollar ($).
Can you fix it? Thank you.

Hi there - that code is the HTML "equivalent" for the percent sign. I will take a look at the code and see if I can correct that artifact.
