First off, kudos to the people who own and operate
teachers.net. It's wonderful to see teachers connect,
share ideas, and chat in such an interactive way.

A couple of questions about the mailrings--

1. Do they work? I tried to sign up, but whenever I
enter my email address, it takes me to a page that
says, "Access forbidden" and error 403.

2. Are the mailring messages the same as the chatboard
messages? I mean, if I sign up for a mailring will the
chatboard messages be forwarded to my box? Or are they
completely different discussions?

I think we should have a board for book titles. Over the
years I see the same question being asked over and over
again, such as what books are good read alouds for gr 5 and
what books are good for students to read in grade 3 etc.
SO if we had a permanent growing list created by teachers
