Three questions about the procedures of state testing at your school:

First question: How many minutes before school starts do you have access to the state tests?

Second question: Are you alone with the state tests in the morning, or is there a proctor with you before school starts?

Third question: Are you alone with the state tests once the testing is over, or does the proctor return the tests with you?

I need to know what other schools do.

Thanks!

We have assigned times during lunch/after school to check them in (but I forget exactly what they are). No proctors. Yes, we're alone with the tests, but we're also with kids. Judy

judy5ca with a funny one Well, it was funny to me:

The last day of testing I lined the kids up intending to walk the tests and kids over to the office, where I'd leave the tests, and then we'd all go out to the playground as I had yard duty. One of my 5th grade boys looked at the box of tests and politely asked, "Would you like me to carry that for you?" "Sure," I...See More
