Take your social studies class on a trip to Native America for less than four dollars an hour! The Children’s Cultural Center of Native America offers an exciting two and a half hour interactive workshop focusing on the Indigenous Americans who once inhabited New York City and the New York Metro area. Children dress in traditional Native regalia and experience a day in the life of a young Lenape boy or girl before European contact. Our staff of Indigenous cultural interpreters will help students understand about today’s Native People too.

A puppet show highlights Native children living in today’s world but not forgetting their Native cultural heritage. Your curriculum will come to life during a morning of authentic cultural learning.
