That's actually useful, thanks! I'm improving my French at the moment, and I think that the only problem I have is a small vocabulary.
And I can tell you that your problem is easily solved. All you need to do is just start watching different TV shows and movies in French, and services like lingopie can provide you with many of them. Personally, I managed to improve my Italian that way, so I'm sure it won't be hard for you to improve your language skills that way.
