I placed the order for t-shirts last week, and they should be in any day now. I ended up ordering 7 extra shirts in order to meet the minimum requirements (financially speaking, it was the only way I had a chance to break even), so if you forgot to order yours, you still have a chance. I have 2 L, 3 XL, and 2 2X all in Navy. If you'd like to "claim" one, let me know... I'll be bringing them all to Austin.
For those of you who sent your orders in, I'll mail them out sometime the first week in June. :)
Jenn: Just sent another email....get it? If not what am I doing wrong. I click on your name and when the box comes up on the the first line it has Re: T-shirts....next line says name....I put KAM and then it asks for email....do I put my email addy there? That is what I have been doing...maybe I am doing something wrong. Let me know....
I would looooooooooooooooove a t-shirt. But small little me needs something smaller than Large. If there is any way, please somehow pass the message to me.
Bad news.... the shirts are already in, and all I have are the Larges! I could go swimming in a L, too, but no one else the past 2 years has ever ordered anything smaller than that, so I didn't think about getting any. If it wouldn't be TOO big, I do have one more L left if you decide you want it.

My daughter, who has lived here for years, just warned me about the river Bat trip. Hope it is in a covered boat--Thousands of bats and bat dung in the air, and in mid-July, the smell is not real great. The last time she saw this event she was sitting in a restaurant overlooking the river and enjoyed it so much-- I think it was the Four Seasons restaurant. Just a thought. Bonnie TTTT
On reason we want to visit the Austin area is because of seeing one of her shows about a year and a half ago. Mr.GRITS and I will probably roll in Thursday, maybe as late as Friday. Thanks for the link!

It was a neat show, Grits, but I wish I knew it was going to be on so we all could have watched it. Can't wait to meet you and Mr. Grits. Its going to be difficult to decide what all to do in such a short time. I know we are going to have a blast. hugs, karma

Once you get an itenarary set, email it to me and I will make brochures for all attending. That way everyone will know what's planned. If you have already thought of this, nevermind. Do you want me to do name tags again this year? Just wanting to help here. karma
Will one be considered properly dressed in big, fat, wimmen's jeans, immitation cowhide sandles, and a wal marts variety wife beater type t shirt?
Does a proper Texas momma dress her girls in pink cowgirl hats? I have about a dozen bookmarks for pink cowboy hats on the www innernet just in case. (Shhhh, deep down inside, I long for a pink cowboy hat--to accentuate my big, fat, old wimmen's jeans outfit.)
Now when I git thare don't pretend you don't know me--I'll be the purdy lil old womern dragging along that grouchy ole man. I hope our pitcher ain't too little for y'all to enjoy.
This outfit will work ONLY if you do the Texas hairstyle with it. Only then can you pass for a Texan. You can choose either pink or a red hat. If you want to put a bluebonnet on the hat or a Texas Yellow Rose, that is also acceptable. If you don't have a pink cowboy hat, we will definitely have to go shopping! :-) We could do an afternoon at the San Marcos outlet mall :-) If you don't have any of these things, WAIT!!!!! I will go shopping with ya! big Texas hugs from Karma (who is bringing chasd - not grouchy, but a talker and can keep your grouchy old man entertained!)
