Ima TeacherIt was a hot-pink post it note with an H inital on it. I guess with all the humidity it didn't stick. I need to carry the super sticky ones.
I sent the t ex t to the number Tizzy sent me, and it matched the number that left the voice mes sage.
We had a good time, so it's OK . . . maybe I'll get to make it another time!

Are there any suggestions on bringi...See MoreI'm in charge of planning a holiday party for the staff at my school and I wanted to do something creative and fun. I organized a party at a restaurant last year and unfortunately not many people attended :( We were going through some tough contract times and people I guess were just not feeling social.
Are there any suggestions on bringing the staff together for a fun night? games? etc..
Suggestions that I have seen work: 1. The Home Ec teacher and her classes prepare in the sourse of several days a wonderful mean and serve it to the staff during their planning period. thisis a project for the kids so it gets a grade. Wonderful food and fellowship with the people that have planning when you do. Not much of a social.
2. Burgers, hot dogs, steaks grilled during lunch period for all to enjoy. Trimmings provided by administrators. Great feast. Good response, little socializing except with people you normally have lunch with everyday.
3. A tray of desserts served via tray by administrators to teachers in their classes during the school day. Students were annoyed; food good, but I hated to eat in front of the kids.
4. After school party in the courtyard. Singing of carols; food furnished by administrators and everybody brought their special treat for all. Lots of socializing, fun.
5. Private party. Home of a volunteer teacher. Lots of chatting; some game playing..dominoes, depending on your age range; everybody brought dish, BYOB, soft drinks, etc. Sang carols, played games, and ate for hours. Great fun. Very laid back.
