I will order the tickets so we can all sit together and let you all pay me when we get there. Oh, my cousin went to see it last weekend and here is what she said about it: I went with 2 friends to see Menopause last weekend. Had no idea you were coming to see it. You will laugh til you cry and then laugh til it hurts to laugh more. I'd like to see it again sometime. It was such a hoot, I still chuckle when I think about it.
These are the people I know for sure are coming to the musical so I need to get tickets for: me, Jennifer/GA, Beth/Fl, EMA, and Bitsy.
Are there any others? If so, email me soon, I'll probably order the tickets Tuesday afternoon.
Chipster............ my tiny brain didn't even realize there was a gathering coming up. Actually, I don't think about summer until school is out. Last night Dew as talking about it. Now I am thinking seriously about coming. I will decide by tomorrow night. Pecos

it is too late now for shari to get tickets, but there is a very popular spot in times square (near the broadway shows) where you can get half-price tickets to whatever shows are NOT SOLD OUT THAT SAME DAY/EVENING if you are willing to wait on line a bit. when people come in Shari and I will tell anyone who wants a show where and how to do this. it is good if flexable about what you want to see(so many good ones these days, though, so not big deal).

The Statue's crown is not accessible and the torch has been officially closed since July 1916. Located on 12-acre Liberty Island in New York Harbor, the Statue of Liberty was a gift of international friendship from the people of France to the people of the United States and is one of the most universal symbols of political freedom and democracy. The Statue of Liberty was dedicated on October 28, 1886 and was designated a National Monument on October 15, 1924. The Statue was extensively restored in time for her spectacular centennial on July 4, 1986. Liberty Island is federal property located within the territorial jurisdiction of the State of New York. Ellis Island was incorporated as part of the Statue of Liberty National Monument on May 11, 1965. Between 1892 and 1954, approximately 12 million steerage and third class steamship passengers, who entered the United States through the port of New York, were legally and medically inspected at Ellis Island. Reopened on September 10, 1990 after a massive restoration, the Main Building on Ellis Island is now a museum dedicated to the history of immigration and the important role this island claimed during the mass migration of humanity in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Ellis Island is Federal property within the shared territorial jurisdiction of the States of New York and New Jersey. Currently the Main Building is the only building open for public viewing and is one of nearly three dozen structures on the island.

Hi (((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((everyone))))))))))) ))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) I am sorry to have to say that I could not make the NYC Tnet Gathering this weekend for several reasons unfortunately the biggest one being the exchange rate on the Canadian Dollar at the moment and my dad has had some blood tests recently which fortunately have all come out positive but I wanted to stay close to home to ensure things went well. Hopefully I will be able to make a Tnet Gathering next summer but sadly this summer was just not possible, someone please let me know how the NYC Gathering went? Thanks Dave montrealCan who misses all of you
we certainly miss you not being with us, Dave. The gathering is going very well. Manatee is a fantastic host and has helped make the Big Apple very easy figure out; thanks Manatee!
Overall, it is not large, but intimate. I'm having fun.
Good to hear your father is doing ok on his tests, and if you do wnat to visit new york, athena has come through with some great inexpensive (read Cheap!!!!!) recommendations.
If anyone is interested in a Gathering at Frankenmuth please let me know? A few of us in the Lower Great Lakes region have discussed meeting there. So far we have not arranged any details.

A gathering in Frankenmuth is always appealing. (I grew up there). Great shopping and food. We might consider reserving a room at one of the reseraunts like DaVinci's (great Italian and much cheaper than Zehnders).
Chip, you have planned everything!!!
