more issues and more responsibilities for me

My husband suffered a back injury from a fall on Thursday. He has 3 compression fractures of the spine and has been fitted for a brace. He requires a lot of care until his back improves. He has other illnesses and conditions and is taking a lot of meds, for pain, for short term treatment of a problem found by upper GI testing, plus chronic problems he has had for years. I am having issues keeping up with meds and generally taking care of him.

Any suggestions ? Saying the SERENITY PRAYER a lot~

mmp Serenity prayer is good.

Yes, it is important to get some time for self. Hopefully, some friends or relatives have offered to help you out. I totally get it that this is big burden.

Will say prayers for your situation.

Novel You can buy pill boxes which you can fill at the start of a week with what you need Morning, Afternoon, Evening and Night. If the section concerned is empty, the pills have been taken.

Do you have grown children who can step in to help out? Good neighbours, friends, church colleagues? Say Yes to any offeres of help.
