My husband are trying desperately to get pregnant with a
girl. We have 2 boys. The myth I am hearing is to stop 3-5
days before ovulation. This month we have stopped 5 days
out.
My question is: if the sperm can only last up to 72 hours.
What can I do to enhance their life? Does exercise hurt
them?
