I am a new Special Education teacher 4-6 and have found
that my stress levels are extrememly high; I have many
students who also have the inability to have stress control
and respond with undersired behavior. I have increased my
blood pressure to a dangerous level and could use some good
advise (an intervention plan) for stress reduction for both
myself (the teacher) and my students. The idea that if
special education students have high stress levels,
anxiety, and issues related affect their ability to learn
is crucial for understanding...please help! Thank you,
Jennifer in Calif.
