Skill Based Health Education

I am a 3rd grade teacher in New York and I am just writing
to let the chatroom know about the company my son works
for. It is a comprehensive PreK-12 health education
publishing company. As a teacher I completly endorse the
interactivity and vluable teaching options that the
program provides. The company takes a different approach
then do the textbooks to teach health. There are many
activities that incorporate information gathering and then
are built upon using activities to develop skills like
critical thinking to put the information to good use. The
program is a healthy alternative to the textbook approach
to health, it is really one of the only companies to
survive the health subject matter buy out by the larger
textbook companies limiting the options that teachers have
now on selecting materials. I strongly reccomend this
program as I have thouroughly reviewed it and give it my
