Faculty Candidate Assessment

I have been invited to attend a Faculty Candidate Assessment workshop to be considered for a Faculty position in the Health Science field. I am confused as to what I should present on and is asking for any type of suggestions. My discipline is Health Education/Health Science....Here's the actual wording on the invite

There will be two assessment activities. The first involves your making a 10 to 12-minute presentation on a subject related to your discipline and professional experience. The presentation is made to a small group of assessors and other faculty candidates (each group to contain 5-8 people) and is meant to simulate an actual classroom. You are asked to identify your objective, engage the participants demonstrating your best facilitation skills, and bring closure to the process within the allotted timeframe.
