Seeking Health Teachers' Feedback

A researcher at Wake Forest University is partnering with Tanglewood Research, Inc. to submit a grant application to the National Institutes of Health. Prior to submitting the grant application we would love to know what middle school teachers think about problem behavior prevention in schools. We have designed a short online survey about prevention. The survey is completely anonymous and you will not be contacted as a result of completing the survey. The data from the survey are only for information purposes in writing the grant application. Please click on the weblink below to complete the survey.
