Thank you for everyone responding to my "classroom zoo"
situation. Now, that I have decided the best option is to
seek other employment, should I tell other employers why I
am seeking to leave my job, or should I pose it as if I
have not had a job this term? I do not know if schools
can see if you are under contract, or if they would think
I was complaining and I just can't handle anything--what
should I say? You know I was checking their homework this
weekend and it saddens me to see the literacy levels and
topics that these students talk about. It's all about
probation, their babies, drugs and death. If I could
teach, I would stay-to help those out. But it doesn't look
like that is possible. Thank you
