Thank you for all your advice. I think the best choice is
to find another job and leave this one, and as sad as it
sounds, the kids. So, when I apply to other schools
should I disclose that I have been working and why I am
trying to leave, or pretend as if I haven't found a job
yet? I would like to be honest, but I am afraid they
might not want to hear that I started a job and I didnt
finish it through. I am not sure what to do? I am honest
about why I am leaving my job and I have a handbook that
spells out the crazy attendence policy and grading policy
and all my kids that come every week. Will a school
district understand? What should I do? Thank you
