Interviews?

What if anything, have you taken to an interview? What about interviewing for classified/ESP positions rather than certified? I'm pretty sure that I am being considered as over qualified as most of this years openings have been library aide or tech rather than Media Specialists...my background is mostly in libraries with little experience elsewhere--I need a job!
