Ideas please - computer and library

I am a first year school librarian, but taught various elementary grades for 8 years. Last year my school had a full time librarian and a full time computer teacher. This year I am it.

I am to teach library to PK - 8th grade, and computer skills to 1 - 8. I have PK - 1 for 30 minutes once a week. 2nd for 45 minutes once a week, and 3rd - 8th for about an hour. (If the first few days this week are any indication, I don't think I'll have those full amounts of time ...)

At any rate, this doesn't give me a whole lot of time to get in both computer instruction and library skills, especially when also trying to correlate with the various teachers curriculum.

Also, we subscribe to something called K to the 8th Power and I am expected to use it.

I'm thinking with first and probably second grade to just do the computers as a center type thing, and not have them in the computer lab at all - just not enough time to do much switching.
