Here's my problem. I understand how to solve trig equations and as all math teachers do, I check my work. When I solve for all solutions to the equation: cos(x)= sin(x/2) I get x= 60 + 360k

x= 300 + 360k

x= 180 + 360k All check out except for 180. When plugged into the original equation cos(180)=-1 and sin(180/2)= 1 -1 does not equal 1
