any coteachers/team teachers here? parent issues

I'm a coteacher in a Florida middle school and looking for other members of this site that are working with ESE kids that are on regular standards and on track for a regular diploma. Would love to have someone to chat with about IEPs and accommodations because the parents I work with want their children to have every accommodation and some they make up themselves. They don't realize they are crippling their children with too much help and too much coddling...if these kids are going to go to college or into the work force, they are going to have to deal with uncomfortable situations like having a lot of tests and projects due on the same day or teachers (or bosses) not accepting work that is a month late.
