How to share research papers

My students are wrapping up their 8th grade research papers, They have interesting topics and have spent a lot of time researching and their papers are due on March 5. Does anyone have ideas of how the students could share the knowledge that they learned with the class. I don't want them to just read the research papers.

Betty Ann Could they make posters? Or how about a "science fair" type folding board display with a couple of pictures, maybe a graph and a few interesting highlights of what they learned. Then spend a class period giving students a chance to walk around and view them--and maybe ask some questions.
