School Opening Project

I am looking to open a montessori school in Mass - I am in need of a highly trained Montessori teacher to help me develop the business plan and share input on the design and layout of the school as well as the course plan. I also need to decide if I want this school to be charter or private. I have already decided to go with K-3 to start. I have the most incredible spot picked out to open this school. I have the funding to purchase and construct but need to raise the down payment - so if I go charter I can probably get the down payment from grants... but I clearly need a teacher/admistrator to help me. If you have ever had a dream of opening your own school contact me please - I am in Mass.
