I am finishing my AMS training and have been teaching at a MCI school for the last 3 years. They hired me knowing I would be AMS trained. At the end of the this school year I am told that my training might be excepted to receive a pay raise. I am so stressed. I have been going in and working with the other teachers so I am teaching according to the school policies. What more can I have done. Does it really matter what training I have? I love what I do and have have had 3 great year end reviews. Why now throw it in my face that I am an outsider. My fellow co-workers don't care and don't seem to think it matters. Does anyone have and advice on how I should over come this.
