I'm seriously considering Montessori Paraprofessional Certification through the Seton Institute in Claredon Hills, IL. The certification training is runs 4 days (Monday through Thursday) and requires completion of one assignment to become certified.

I was told that while having Montessori Paraprofessional Certification isn't a requirement for assistant positions, having it looks good and can make me more employable in Montessori.

What do you all think?
