A new Montessori microschool in the Kansas City urban core is seeking a qualified, innovative, entrepreneurial Montessorian to help start and establish a unique community based Montessori learning lab in Kansas City. Candidates must *be certified for primary (3-6) *have several years of experience as a lead classroom teacher *have basic school administrative skills/experience *be comfortable working with parents and leading parents training discussions/workshops *be willing to think outside the box to creatively solve any problems that arise when starting a new school with a unique model * be willing to engage with the community at large
