I am teaching Grades 4-7 for the first time this year...previously 3-5. I wanted your advice on which classroom magazine you prefer-Music Alive, Music Express or Music K-8? Thanks in advance for opinions.

lis music express is more of a music ed magazine and is age- appropriate for the kids. It's very up to date. K-8 always has one or two things you can use, but it's a bit cutesy to me. I have used it a lot in the past. But I think you get more bang for the buck with music express.

lis Wayne, I tried out the Pharrell Williams "Happy" song as suggested by this month's Activate with my 4th graders this past week...first week of school. The children really loved it. They GOT the ABAB form quickly and it was fun. I'll do the C part later. On 8/06/14, wayne wrote: > On 8/04/14, lis wrote: > > I received a sample copy of Activ...See More
