Does anyone have any good info on some grants for PE/School Health? The only one I've gotten any good info for is the Carol White grant, but that's over for 2009 already. Ideas? Suggestions?

I have looked at the south carolina state website to see what is required, but after that i am stuck. I do not know where to go. If i should take courses online. I...See More

If anyone can help me find a job, I have my Physical Education/Health Multi-Age Education Certificate and cannot find a job anywhere. I am trying to stay in the Cleveland/Wooster Area, and I am willing to work and full- time position. Any Ideas or Leads?

I am trying to get my national boards. This going to be my third try. I need to redo entry 1 and 3 which are both videos. Does anyone have any ideas that would work. I'm not sure if its my videos that are not working or if it is my write up. Any HELP would be great.

I am a P.E. teacher and a dance choreographer. I produce Dance Fitness Videos for Elementary and Middle school students, I would like to let all PE teachers know that they are available on my website. Students love them, it's a great dance aerobics workout and even if you are not a dance type teacher it would be a great addition to your curriculum ...See More

I recently just took over a p.e. position in the middle of the year. And this is my first teaching position. The old teacher had a giant cupboard of equipment. However, when I went the first day of class, I noticed almost all of it was gone. I asked the principal about this and she said that most of it was the instructor's. She did say that she wou...See More

Timothy Good luck with the new position. As a director of elem. PE I would recommend that whatever you do get, get enough for at least one pc. for every two students. E.g. 30 kids in a class you should have at least 15 bballs to maximize on hands activity time. Poly spots and "gator balls" are very popular and easily adaptable to numerous activities. Gator...See More
