Teaching Jobs on Teachers.Net

Our principal doesn't see the need to provide equipment for the PE classes. She says there is no money for balls, bats, frisbees, anything.

Does anyone have ideas for games which require no equipment? Thanks in advance...

Susan Heflin How did you plan your jog a thon? we are in similar circumstances with no funds and or equipment. We need to get something planned to help our department. Sassy So sorry I am just getting back to this board. Got a new teaching position and have been running around like crazy!! As far as the jogathon, we basically set it up in a week for a one day event. We along with our parents came up with some great prizes for the top fundraisers. carol Sassy, your jog-a-thon sounds great! And the fact that it only took a week or less of planning is something that people need to understand. I do a club "Chipmunk Chase" for the families of my after-school club. This takes just about NO planning. And it's still so much fun for everyone.
