"The unmasking thing was all created by Devin Nunes, and I'll wait to go through our full evaluation to see if there was anything improper that happened," Burr said. "But clearly there were individuals unmasked. Some of that became public which it's not supposed to, and our business is to understand that, and explain it."
Trump has asked his advisers about his power to pardon aides, family members and ***even himself*** in connection with the probe, according to one of those people. A second person said Trump's lawyers have been discussing the president's pardoning powers among themselves.
:::end quote:::
Don't you have to be convicted of a crime before being pardoned?
Trump will not release his tax returns because he is not required to...See MoreYou say that the President's son admitted to a crime. Why is he not charged and on trial? If the evidence is there, he should be tried and convicted or let free. Again, no desire to defend the President, just pointing out a lot of the hypocrisy on both sides of the aisle.
Trump will not release his tax returns because he is not required to. Now, Rachel Maddow released them for him. Someone, most likely illegally, obtained the document that she so famously put forth on her show. His tax returns have nothing to do with the Russians.
Why did he have a meeting with Putin? Good question. Maybe he thinks this is his last election and he now has some more flexibility. Is it required for him to have an advisor or interpreter?
It may just be that Mueller has a conflict of interest since one of the main people in the case is a good friend of him. I could just as easily ask why Lois Lerner made a statement and took the fifth is she did nothing wrong, why Hillary would not give her servers to be scanned by the FBI if she had no emails to hide, or why the DNC refused help from the federal government with their servers if nothing illegal was on them. What did all of them not want revealed? Has the President gone on record saying that he is looking to fire Mueller, or is it from more unnamed sources? I actually believe that the President cannot fire a special prosecutor, it has to be the attorney general (or in this case, Rod R).
Bob, I see you are fine with lock him up for males, but against lock her up for females. How ironic. I believe that both have been found guilty of the same thing ... nothing. We will see what happens with this investigation, but you have already made up your mind. Democrat good, republican bad!
Again, you and others on the left ar...See More On, you're hung up on this subsidy thing. President Obama said that premiums would drop 2500 for the average person. This includes the many people that do not qualify for the subsidy. So, if those who have subsidies see no increase, and those without see an increase, we are not at an average of -$2500.
Again, you and others on the left are so incensed that a politician would lie about health care... unless there is a D after that persons name.
