"The Trump Administration’s decision to withdraw their appeal — and pay our costs — confirms what I said yesterday: The President’s original travel ban was unconstitutional," Washington state Attorney General Bob Ferguson (D) said in a statement Tuesday.
“Contrary to President Trump’s indefensible criticisms of the judiciary, his concession today admits that Judge Robart got it right when he enjoined the original Executive Order."
GUANTANAMO BAY NAVY BASE , CUBA President Donald Trump broke his White House silence on the topic of Guantánamo Tuesday, incorrectly blaming Barack Obama not George W. Bush for the release of more than 100 captives who U.S. intelligence agencies consider recidivists.

The Republicans were not in control for all 8 years. And, I thought he had a pen and a phone to use in order to rule the country.

Reid is saying that he has been told the FBI has evidence of possible collusion between the Trump campaign and the Russian government. And he's not just saying this information came from mysterious and unnamed national security officials; he's saying Comey himself has left him with this impression.

Why is that surprising? It seems unlikely you know the rules of FISA. According to news reports from the BBC and the guardian the Obama Administration attempted to get a FISA warrant and was turned down and then tried again and succeeded. But no one knows who the target of the warrant was period that has not been reported in the news. A peculiar effect of the wiretap is that classified conversations captured in Trump Tower were released to the Press which is a violation of federal law.

Well no, that's false we have not established that. if you read clapper statement it becomes clear that he is carefully parson his remarks.
> Comey has stated it.
Again, no director Comey did not state it. He apparently wanted the department of justice to deny something but did not specify what that might be. I don't believe you can read his mind.

That kind of reminds me of the last president. > >> Now it's all about being outraged that Trump claimed >> that Obama wiretapped Trump Tower. Apparently, he's >> right again.
Remember, the democrat MO is: "The evidence is unimportant - it's the seriousness of the charge that matters." Trump has literally turned the tables and took a trick out of the democrat playbook and played it on the democrats themselves! When Trump made his original tweet last Saturday, he knew the importance was not to have the evidence, but to make the intelligence community start investigating Obama and the democrats for him, with no other evidence other than his accusation. And, he has succeeded in doing just that!
Like I've always said: you can't be stupid and be a billionaire at the same time.

The poll found that 55&37; of the public says they've grown "weary from the media's persistently negative coverage of President Trump." A roughly equal share (54&37;) also believe that the news media "has assumed the role of the opposition party, constantly opposing the president and his policies at every turn."

To begin with, it's clearly a push poll, a poll that asks questions in a way designed to influence the answer, e.g., "Do you prefer an ice cream like chocolate that stains clothing, or do you prefer non- staining vanilla?" Instead of using neutral language it uses the language of the Trump campaign ("Has the news media assumed the roll of the opposition party in their coverage of President Trump, constantly opposing the president and his policies at every turn?"). I would have hung up on a poller who asked me questions in that way. A truly neutral poll would have used neutral language, e.g.,"Do you think coverage of Pres. Trump by the media has been too negative, a bit negative, just right, a bit positive, too positive?" IBD doesn't give us the full poll or full methodology (for instance, how many polled self-identify as Dem. vs. Rep.) so who knows how the other questions were crafted or the polling pool skewed.
ETS also didn't supply us with the poll's other results, that Trump's approval ratings tanked in their latest poll, with his Presidential Leadership rating dropping a precipitous 9.3&37; between January and March.

Hey, all we need is the time of day for both sets of photos. Then, we can compare apples to apples.
So far, watching the democrats try and fabricate and inflate this whole Russian connection thing has been really amusing. But, the BIG laugh is going to be when we find out that after Hillary's pandering to the Russians with the "Russian restart", and her involvement in the Russian uranium deal, and gaggles of democrats rubbing elbows meeting with Russian diplomats, that the Russians have been colluding with the democrats the whole time and Hillary STILL LOST the election LOLOLOL!
"I think the press were accomplices in the undermining of our election by the Russians by not pointing out this stuff is worthless because it comes from an undermining of our election, or at least reminding the public where this – these emails, the leaking of these e-mails came from."
Now, I still have yet to hear one of those who had their emails leaked deny what was said in them. So, the emails, while released by WikiLeaks, they came from the DNC.
I cannot believe that the press is giving Pelosi a slide on her attacks on the free press.
